The short version: it’s a free daily puzzle, provided as-is. Play fairly, don’t attack or abuse it, and understand we can’t guarantee it’s always up or bug-free. Be decent and enjoy it.

Using Make Me Red

By playing Make Me Red you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. The game is run by Thomas Hymas.

The service

Make Me Red is a free daily puzzle. We may change, pause, or discontinue it, and features may come and go. We don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Your account

You don’t need an account to play. If you create one, you’re responsible for the access to it. One account is shared with our other game, Competitive Crosswords — see the Privacy page. Don’t impersonate others or choose a display name that’s abusive or infringing; we may reset names that break this. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete my data.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

Intellectual property

The game, its name, design, and content belong to their owner. You’re welcome to play it and to share your results; please don’t copy or redistribute the game itself as your own.

No warranty

Make Me Red is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the Danish courts. Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your home country.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll update the date above when we do. Continuing to play means you accept the current version.
